The State of Wyoming has a number of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and agreements between state agencies, federal partners, and non-governmental organizations. There is a need to inventory these agreements to better understand the state’s involvement with other entities and update or create new agreements to address any identified gaps in state primacy. It is important for the State of Wyoming to be the primary regulator of energy, environment and natural resources in the state, leading the way with innovative policy and efficient implementation.
